Are you available for a 3 month temporary part time Administrative contract?
Hours of work:
Some flexibility available but the following is suggested:
Monday to Friday – fixed mornings 3.5 hours per day, ie. 9am – 12.30pm
Monday to Friday - fixed afternoons 1.30pm – 5.00pm
Good rate of pay available.
Global manufacturing company and key employer in the area.

Providing general administrative support within the Planning Team.
The PC based role will include, but is not limited to:
Checking in box for order acknowledgements from suppliers
Cross referencing order acknowledgements these against a list of purchase orders and flag any orders that have not received an acknowledgement.
Other ad-hoc duties as required within the team.
Any experience using a system called SAP could be helpful although good general IT skills perfectly acceptable.
