CC Flint & Co are a rapidly growing insurance broker with offices in Orpington; Kent and Chelmsford; Essex.

Due to the growth within our Marketing department, we have a new and exciting opportunity for a Marketing Development Executive / Trainee Broker to join our team.

Principal Duties and Key Tasks
• Marketing our extensive range of insurance products and services to new and existing clients by phone and email
• Understanding of their insurance needs
• Building a rapport & promoting all departments
• Appointment setting
• Keeping client records up to date
• Following up online leads

• Sharing ideas or suggestions for business improvement with Management

Training and Development
Flint Insurance focuses heavily on training and development and a full induction and training plan will be provided to successful applicants. All staff can study for professional qualifications such as, Cii (Chartered Insurance Institute). Each placement provides employees to continually develop their knowledge and personal skills which could result in opportunities in other areas of the business.

Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm / 10:00am – 6:30pm
