This role is largely focused on the administrative process, with elements of customer service also involved. You will be a part of the Repairs Admin Team, this means that you will be helping customers track the progress of the repairs of their products from beginning to end.
There is a strong administrative process to follow to ensure that nothing is missed and that all parties are kept updated during the course of the repairs. It will also be necessary to create and send estimates to clients, as well as keeping the databases updated at all points.
Due to the luxury nature of the product that the company deal with, the types of customers you will be dealing with are high net worth individuals therefore exceptional customer service is always a must.

Our client is looking for someone to join them as soon as possible and as a result the contract will begin on a full-time temporary contract with the aim of it becoming a permanent.
The permanent salary will be between 20-22.5k.
For this role you do need previous office experience, ideally in a similar type role, as they are looking for someone who can confidently carry out their own work.
