I am looking for phone based estate agents for my client based in Medway City Estate!
This is a sales based role and will be 100% outbound sales calls.
Full training is provided alongside guaranteed earnings for the first three months as you train - we just ask that candidates are helpful, sincere and eager to learn!
Basic salary - £17,000 + commission (guaranteed earnings fore three months whilst you train)
Bonus - OTE £25,000
Location - Medway City Estate
Shift pattern - Monday - Thursday 8:45am - 5:30pm and 9:45am - 6:30pm on shift pattern. Friday 8:45am - 6:30pm on shift pattern. Friday 8:45am - 4:30pm. One Saturday in three 9:00am - 5:00pm. If you work the Saturday you can have either the Thursday or Friday off.
