I have an amazing opportunity to join centrally located Tunbridge Wells insurance brokerage with convenient parking and access to all of the town’s facilities. Working alongside industry professionals you will have the opportunity to learn and grow on a daily basis liaising with some of the countries leading industry professionals.

As a small business, long-term commitment is more important than experience and you will be:
• Liaising with existing clients on their current plans.
• Answering a mixture of inbound telephone calls and emails from new clients.
• Undertaking a needs analysis for each customer to understand requirements
• Working with leading insurance providers to create bespoke packages.
• Contract negotiation and management.
• General administrative duties including renewals and MTA’s.

You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work well as part of a small team and have a real desire to settle in to a company long-term.

You will be rewarded for your hard work with an excellent basic salary and attractive bonus scheme, 20 days holiday and the ability to work towards formal qualifications!
