Busy, fast-paced insurance company looking for support within their claims division! You will work within the claims team to claims (training provided where required) and help fuel the growing reputation of this amazing business!

As an insurance claims handler, you will handle 1st notification of loss calls from policyholders and the network of tradesmen in your given line of insurance to successfully conclude the claim. Most claims will be based around Household/domestic claims. You will liaise with the policyholder in order to manage the claims process and reach effective settlement of the claim.

The company is passionate for great customer service. A knowledge and background in handling any type of insurance claim would be beneficial, but essential to have some kind of Call Centre experience and customer service focus.
