Part Time Sales Ledger Administrator | £25,000 pro rata | Mid Kent
Our client a high growth business, are looking for a part time Sales Ledger Administrator for a 3-month contract. Ideally you will be required to work 5 short days 9:30am - 2:30pm.
The ideal candidate will have administration experience and excellent attention to detail. The role will consist of the following duties:
• Processing of orders to invoice
• Investigating and resolving debit notes & queries
• Approving new accounts on to sales ledger
• Maintaining and updating customer data
• Processing credits
• Assisting with period and year end closures
• Answering telephone calls and liaising with customers
This is an excellent opportunity for someone to make a move into a fantastic local business in a finance administration role. The ideal candidate will have experience of credit control and working within a customer service environment.
