We are looking for an experienced Finance Assistant to carry out a temporary role for our client based in the Medway Towns.
You will be working in a busy Finance team carrying out a variety of tasks. These will include receiving and processing purchase invoices and reconciling the purchase card statements. You will also be required to retrieve data for the sales and nominal ledgers. You will deal with internal queries as well as external both on the telephone and e-mail.
You will have previously worked in a busy Finance Team for at least a year and be fully competent on Microsoft Office. Previous Purchase Ledger experience is essential as is the ability to work to tight deadlines.
Hours of work are 8.30am-4.30pm Monday to Friday and this is with an immediate start.
