Part III Architect job, working for a growing multi-disciplinary in South London, paying up to £38k + benefits

Your new company
This award winning multi-disciplinary consultancy, operates across the public and private sector, with large proportion of what they do coming from social housing and education.

Due to their continued growth, they are now looking for a Part III Architect to join their team in South London, to work on a project in the early planning stages, which will consist of multiple social housing units in a prestigious London location.

Your new role
As part of this role you will be implementing and managing under the direction of the Senior Architect, the following activities in relation to projects; Design Feasibilities, Technical + Design Management, Financial Management and Knowledge of planning policies, construction and heritage. Responsible for design projects under the direction of the Senior Architect will include; Liaising with clients in respect of policy, design and technical matters, provide production information packages and present concept designs at fee tender stage.

What you'll need to succeed
In order for you to succeed in this role, you will need to be a Part III Architect. You will be fully competent in using Revit and will have experience in social housing, education and healthcare projects ideally. You will also need to be in commuting distance of South London. Ideally you will have experience of Stage 0 to Stage 2 of RIBA.

You will receive a salary of up to £38k with 20 days holiday + 3 days at Christmas + bank holiday.
