JOB ROLE: Sales Administrator

JOB TYPE: Temporary assignment - ASAP start - end April

HOURS: 35hpw

SALARY: £14-18phr

LOCATION: Dartford

About your role:

* Your role is urgently required to support the Sales and Marketing team in handling a high volume of sales enquiries relating to new homes
* Your duties will include responding to enquiries received via email, booking spaces onto open days and taking sales deposits over the phone
* You will be only be responding to warm leads with no outbound/cold sales being required



About you:

* You have experience in sales support or sales progression, ideally linked to the property industry
* You are naturally customer focused, enjoy speaking to people and have an upbeat telephone manner
* You are proficient in using MS Office and have ideally had exposure to a CRM too
