I am currently looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Executive
The role is based in Ashford, Kent.
The role will include duties
- Discussing customer issues over phone
- Responding to customers via email
- Order administration checking and chasing customer orders
- Working as part of a team to always provide excellent customer service
- Raising questions to line managers as required
- Supporting customers with all needs
- Updating details onto online systems
The candidate experience
- Must be bilingual and speak fluent English and Danish
- Have 2/3 years customer service experience
- Be a good team player as well and confident to work alone
The location is in Ashford and can be accessed via public transport however onsite parking is free
Good benefits
Excellent salary £20-£24k
