Wedgewood Homes, an established and successful Residential Developer is seeking applications for the newly created role of Construction Director.

The role is being created in response to a sustained period of growth and a significant pipeline of developments coming forward.

Wedgewood Homes is active throughout Kent, Surrey and Sussex and increasingly the southern London Boroughs.

The appointee, as head of construction will be required to establish teams and systems to manage the construction process on multiple projects from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have both Main Contracting and House Builder experience, combining skills of managing a mix of delivery methods, with a hands-on, pro-active approach.

Applications are invited from experienced and ambitious Contract Managers looking to step up to a Director role and existing Construction Directors seeking to become an integral part of a senior management team.

The appointee will joining a successful growing “SME” housebuilder that has been trading for over 30 years, with a focus on delivering quality design-led new homes. Responsibilities will include the broader management of the business as part of the senior team.
