Millbrook Garden Company is family owned and has grown from one centre in 1979 to three today, we have a passionate and creative team who are proud to be part of our success.
We have an opportunity for a Catering Manager to join our Restaurant which is a very popular destination within the Garden Centre. The successful applicant will oversee the day to day smooth and efficient running of the Restaurant in a way that exceeds the expectations of our customers and delivers the agreed sales targets.
Hours of work: an average of 42 hours weekly to include alternate weekends
Skills and Experience: The successful applicant will:
- Have experience of working in a similar role within a busy professional catering environment
- Be an experienced people manager who can motivate and lead a team to deliver food and services that exceed the expectations of our customers
- Have a flair for producing food to a high standard
- Confident customer service skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional service at all times
- Be energetic, enthusiastic with a real passion for people and good food
