Our client is a charity, who also work within the broadcasting sector. They are a really supportive team and are looking for someone with great customer service skills and a positive 'can do' attitude. They have a Prosecco Friday every other week and once a month have a buffet for the team.

The role will involve ensuring high levels of customer service is maintained when making calls to customers who are already supporting the charity in some form or who have expressed an interest in doing so. The call will involve having a conversation with these supporters about the work the charity does, and also to seek further funding for the charity.

The role will start on a temp contract with the aim of becoming a permanent role, with an amazing salary of £19500! They are based in Crowborough, and as such candidates would need to drive, as public transport links aren't ideal.
