Account Executive - FI
Corporate Insurance Lloyds Broker with offices around the world and an excellent reputation in the market.

Would you like to join a team of expert Insurance Account Executives? An ambitious Financial Risks team are looking to hire their newest member.

Working for a global insurance broker, you will be responsible for servicing accounts in an efficient, flexible manner; supporting your peers to meet client demands and achieve both renewal retention and growth rates. You are driven, hardworking and business focused whilst keeping clients at the heart of your actions.

About the Role:
·Manage client relationships and maintain responsibility for a specific book of business, managing a renewal list and providing proactive service to the client
·Be responsible for your own workload in order to effectively service the client, completing renewals in line with deadlines, maintaining compliant files and issuing timely documents
·Produce and distribute quality marketing material for the renewal of risks
·Respond to client queries relating to existing policies and new opportunities
·Attend client strategy/renewal meetings and service meetings as required
·Support new business production and identify cross selling opportunities
·Provide support to the client service and broking team including the production of documentation, the management of files and risk processing
·Liaise with support functions to ensure timely and correct issuance of documentation in accordance with FCA, compliance and market standards and in line with Service Level Agreements
·Monitor and resolve account queries and maintain an insight into credit control
·Assist with maintaining and operating market facilities.

Key Experience:
·Broker Support including preparing MRC Slips
·Excellent communication skills
·Understanding of the Lloyds market
·Managing the client process including new business, renewals and broking.
