In this role you will be:
- Acting as first point of contact for business
- Responsible for the effective and timely coordination of responses to incidents
- Input necessary information into the computer system
- Using a range of technical systems, to coordinate and communicate with other teams to make sure the response is carried out as
effectively as possible
- Liaise with deployed services to send out any necessary additional support
This role does entail shift rotations including night work, on a 4 days on, 4 days off basis. The shifts will be 12 hours each and follow a pattern of 2 day shifts, 2 night shifts then 4 days off. Due to location, you must be able to drive to get there.
A strong working knowledge (or the ability to learn a range of IT systems) is very desirable to manage the different elements of this job.
The contract will begin on a temporary basis, as they are looking for someone to join their team as soon as possible.
