A bi-lingual Customer Services Co-ordinator is required to join an international organisation with their UK offices based in the Kingshill area of Maidstone.
The firm can boast impressive portfolio of clients and excellent customer retention. They are looking to supplement their plans for growth into 2020 through this new appointment.
The chief remit of the role will be to manage the customer supply chain in order to progress inbound orders and build strong relationships and understanding of the future business needs.
Processing orders, speaking on product availability and lead times, and the best use of products for their application. You will be the first port of call for all issues and questions from a range of clients and be confident to provide effective support on the logistical support and guidance supporting the Sales Manager. It would be useful is you have some knowledge of Import/Export and transport documentation
In order to be considered for the role, the successful candidate will need to have written and spoken fluency in French (German skills in addition would be an advantage) in order to service European accounts - without French fluency an application will not be considered.
Proven experience of working within a similar role is essential - you will be a confident communicator with the ability to develop rapport with ease. The successful applicant will be an adept team player and be happy to assist in other areas of the business when the need arises. A keen eye for detail will be needed, along with comprehensive, organised administrative details.
