Graticules Optics is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of optical components and electroformed foils, with over 70 years experience in the production of precision engineered micro-patterns.
We are looking for a capable, flexible and enthusiastic person for an opportunity as a sales office administrator at our Tonbridge site.
Responsibilities:
To provide an efficient sales office administration service
To act as a key point of contact between customers, management and internal departments.
Be proactive to support the high growth expectations for UK and international sales.
Creation of quotations for standard parts
Order entry and expediting
Full training will be given.
This is a part time role of ca 20hrs per week, preferably spread across 5 days, with 21 days (pro-rata) holiday per year.
