An experienced Receptionist is required to join a busy professional services company based in Maidstone.
Ideal applicants will have a high standard of customer service and previous reception experience ideally within a professional service background or hospitality industry.
Our client is a highly respected and long running business based in Kent who are looking for a polished and well-presented individual to provide excellent customer care to their clients.
The reception runs over two busy desks and the usual shift will be Mon-Fri 10am-6pm however there needs to be some flexibility as you will be expected to cover switchboard during holidays when you will work 8am-6pm.
General duties will include:
* Meeting and greeting clients in a helpful and professional manner;
* Attending to clients queries face-to-face, via the telephone and email;
* Ensuring the tidiness of the reception areas;
* Liaising with other receptionists;
* Reservation of meeting rooms;
* General admin duties.
