This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Customer Services professional who is seeking an opportunity to work in an office environment with the chance to upskill long term!

Duties Include:

* Dealing with a high volume of telephone and email enquiries
* Calmly explaining how to resolve problems
* Developing relationships over the telephone
* Problem solving
* Working in a busy environment, prioritising a varied workload
* Composing well written email responses
* Methodically following processes in order to resolve queries
* Working on tasks from start to finish
* Representing the company at exhibitions/customer sites when required
* Any other ad-hoc duties as required

You will need…

* Exceptional organisational skills
* A genuine passion for Customer Service
* Demonstrable experience in Customer Service - strong retail backgrounds will be considered although office based experience is an advantage
* A good level of numeracy, ideally with an interest in Business
* Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
* The ability to work independently
* Good attention to detail and accuracy
* The ability to multi task, switching from one task to another quickly and efficiently
* The ability to prioritise and manage customer queries
* To be a quick learner with a "can do" attitude
