We are looking for an Demi/Chef De Partie to support the Catering Manager to deliver a first class, fresh and nutritious food offering to all the customers of the College, whilst ensuring the quality of dishes being prepared are consistent and meet the standard required.
The role includes preparing, cooking and presenting great food, therefore a pride in what you do is essential. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, uphold cleanliness standards and be a team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Attention to detail, strong organisation and time management skills are essential, along with proven record of supervision of a team.
Working Hours;
40 Hours a week, 5 out of 7 days a week 52 weeks a year
Some flexibility will be required for functions
