Through providing careers advice and practical support in jobs and training, CXK makes a difference to the lives of people across Kent and East Sussex. In 2018/19 we made a difference to approximately 50,000 people across the south-east by delivering various programmes including our Information, Advice and Guidance services (Prison, Schools and the National Careers Service).

We are currently recruiting for a full time Careers Adviser to work across both HMP Elmley and HMP Rochester so if you are a dynamic individual looking for a new challenge and want to support individuals to maximise their potential both whilst in prison and on release, please get in touch as we’d love to hear from you!

The ideal candidate will be level 4 qualified however we will consider level 3 qualified or a trainee position for the right applicant.
