Based in Kent and Sussex Betacove’s core business delivers insurance claims repair services, job management and reinstatement works for well known, service driven, home insurance providers.

Mainly focused on the domestic part of this industry we carry out between 1500 and 2000 claims per year. that means we liaise, administer and deliver services to customers in their hour of need all over the southeast of England.

Now in our 28th year we care a lot about our team and working together. We are looking to enhance our trades team with likeminded professionals to become part of our small and friendly refurbishment operations team.

Joining our friendly and focused team;

As a building labour / apprentice you will initially work alongside our strip out and enabling team. The team attend insurance events typically following floods, fire or impact and prepares the properties for the follow on building reinstatement team. The future of this role is to lead your own enabling team at the end of year 2

Working with a team and under your own initiative you will need to champion our core values and promote our commitment to 'best in class' services to our clients and customers.

Ensuring the attainment and compliance of our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) throughout, proactive customer liaison and communications, updating of systems, liaising with other trades staff and contractors are all part of this role.
