We are working with a fantastic company in Ashford, who are looking for a business minded HR Advisor, on a part time basis of up to 25 hours a week. You will have practical experience providing HR Support within a fast paced environment, and have CIPD level 5 achieved, or working towards.
Main duties:
*
Working across all departments, assisting line managers and implement policies and procedures
*
Case manage Employee Relations cases with the relevant line manager
*
Assisting line managers to recruit staff, which will involve developing job descriptions and person specifications, shortlisting, interviewing etc
*
Review and recommend changes to HR policies and procedures
*
Support HR & Training Manager
*
Any other duties as necessary to the role
About you
*
CIPD Level 5 intermediate achieved or working towards
*
Recent relevant experience of working as a HR Advisor or HR Administrator
*
Confident and experienced in advising Line Managers
*
Proficient in MS Office. HRIS experience desirable
*
Highly organised and efficient, with good time management
*
Excellent oral and written communication skills
