SALES PROGRESSOR NEEDED URGENTLY

DO YOU HAVE PROPERTY EXPERIENCE WITHIN RESIDENTIAL SALES

SALARY £25,000

My client, a quality, well established multi branch independent estate agents are looking for a SALES PROGRESSOR to be based in the flagship office in Maidstone. They are looking for someone with at least 5 years experience in the industry and have experience and enjoy progression.

The office hours are 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday and 9am-5pm Saturday. You will work a 5 day week including every Saturday. On a Saturday you will work as a negotiator.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Sales progression - progressing the sales to completion
Liasing with solicitors, mortgage lenders, surveyors, vendor and purchasers
Checking the chain is complete
Providing weekly reports on pipeline
Administration
Negotiator duties on a Saturday and other duties in the week when need

Key Skills:

Estate Agency experience and progression essential
Good knowledge of the residential sales process
Good communication and IT skills
Confident and articulate
Self-motivated and organised
High service levels and good attention to detail
