Due to a period of impressive growth and expansion, my forward-thinking client based in mid-Kent is looking to recruit a fully qualified Finance Manager to join their team to work closely with a deputise for the Financial Controller as and when necessary.

The responsibilities for this role will include:

- Managing the Finance team and providing inspirational leadership and development in the business` core financial reporting.
- Balance sheet and cashflow forecasting.
- Monthly reporting of debtors for shareholder purposes
- Reviewing creditors` ledger, ensuring that payments are made to suppliers within terms.
- Preparation of annual overhead and capital expenditure budgets in conjunction with department heads for review by Finance Director
- Compiling year end packs for review by Finance Director.
- Preparing Statutory accounts for review by Finance Director.
- Assist with internal/external audit as required.

- Responsibility for the production of monthly management accounts reporting (including P&L, balance sheet and cashflow), ensuring they are accurate and timely.
