This role is responsible for accurate and timely planning with Suppliers ensuring clear and accurate information is shared. Clear and robust ETA planning to ensure product arrives in time to complete orders. Within this role there will be clear KPI’s that will need to be met on a daily basis to fulfil the needs of the business.
Essential
• Fluent in Spanish
• Educated to A level or equivalent standard.
• Excellent attention to detail
• High level of numerical ability and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrable experience of forward planning skills
• Highly computer literate
• Flexibility to work weekends
Desirable
• Previous experience within the food industry
• Ability to use a stock management system such as Rubicon or similar
The hours of work are 40 hours per week Monday to Friday from 7am to 4pm/8am to 5pm plus rotational weekend working.
