Inbound Call Handler - Helpdesk
Maidstone
£8 -£9per hour, 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday
On-going temp, possibility of permanent
Joining a specialist IT Support company, this role as Call Handler will be taking all incoming calls into the business, and taking details of issues and problems.
The role of Call Handler includes:-
* Being the first point of contact with clients calling into the business to report faults
* Taking a full description of the issue, using a simple script, and updating the database with details
* Issuing 'ticket' number to the customer, and advising timescales for their call-back from Tech Support
To be considered for the role of Call Handler, candidates should have:-
* Excellent telephone manner
* Experience of working in a similar role, taking approx 40 calls per day
* The ability to multitask, remaining calm and professional at all times
This is supporting a Helpdesk team of 6, so the ability to mix and work with different personality is paramount. Due to location, own transport is preferred, and please be aware they have an office dog!
