An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced ACCA qualified Financial Controller to work within this well-established, innovative, high growth technology company based on the outskirts of London on a full time permanent basis.
Working within the Finance department you will be responsible for:
All areas of sales and purchase ledger duties using the Sage accounting system.
Responsible for petty cash, company credit card account and company bank accounts creating reports each week for review by the directors.
Ensure monthly accounts are up to date complete with reports, complete year end audits for review but the accountants.
Complete weekly reviews of debtors and complete credit checks on new clients.
Check time sheets, expenses and receipts to ensure outgoings are recorded correctly.
Complete monthly payroll including pension correspondence and yearly P11D's.
General office and reception duties to be carried out as required including monitoring and ordering office supplies.
The successful candidate will have proven experience as an ACCA/CIMA qualified Financial Controller.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
The ability to prioritise own work load and work to tight deadlines.
Be IT proficient and hold extensive knowledge of Xero is essential for this role.
A director level opportunity could be available if the successful candidate excels and self manages over a 1 to 2 year period.
