Client Account Coordinator
Chatham
Monday - Friday
9am-5.30pm
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing department in a new role, where you can add value to the business and have excellent career progression opportunities
The role of Client Account Coordinator includes:-
* Taking day to day responsibility for keeping in contact with existing clients
* Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers to book appointments, arrange meetings etc
* Raising purchase orders and updating internal systems
* Booking surveys, installations, site visits etc
* Being first point of contact for approx 1000 clients
To be considered for the Client Account Coordinator role, the successful candidate will have experience of:-
* Multitasking several projects simultaneously
* Being the first point of contact for a number of clients
* Being an excellent communicator, who can confidently talk to engineers, clients, business partners etc
A background in Security Systems, Office Management, Engineer Allocations etc would be ideally, but not essential.
This role is busy, providing the opportunity to help improve processes and procedures to ensure smooth running of the department
