JOB TITLE: Works Coordinator
LOCATION: Chatham
HOURS: Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5pm
BENEFITS: Free on-site parking, the opportunity to progress, team social days, Christmas shut down
We're working in partnership with an HR Manager who is seeking a Works Coordinator to join a busy, and hardworking customer service team.
The day to day duties in your new job would be (but would not be limited to):
* Schedule and confirm works with Engineers and Clients
* Prompt response to client queries and escalate complaints to management
* Ordering of engineer's equipment and parts
* Provide Risk Assessments and Method Statements
* Meet deadlines for all visits and works
* On occasion attend site client meetings
We'd love to speak to candidates who:
* Experience scheduling or coordinating engineers
* Working in a reactive role
* Strong communication and customer service skills
