We have an exciting opportunity for a First Line Support Technician to join a friendly and successfully team in East Kent.
For this role a background in IT support isn't necessary although some experience in First Line is desirable.
You will have a number of key responsibilities in this role including using remote access software to assist their customers in resolving print, scan, and fax and network related issues as well as providing assistance to field engineers for IT Support and basic problem diagnosis and fault resolution.
To be successful in this role you will need to be highly organised and have outstanding attention to detail with a good problem solving attitude.
