Bench joiners and Carpenters wanted for busy workshop in Gravesend, Kent. Applicants should be used to shop work, joinery standard an advantage but certainly able to laminate to a high standard, construct stock panels, and be proficient with standard plant such as table saws, cross cut saws, planers, sanders. Own tools required although electrical and air tools supplied.
This is a great opportunity to come in to a busy workshop and show us what you can do. We have a great team and are looking for someone with a great positive attitude, willingness to listen and learn, and flexible approach to work and life. We are currently manufacturing some wonderful work for February and the right candidate will be thrust into the midst of preparing it and putting this work in onsite when it all starts to happen.
The role is predominantly workshop based, but with work away onsite for short periods mostly in the UK, but we do work all over Europe. A valid passport and full driving licence would be an advantage.
Both long term employed and short term self employed candidates will be considered
