Our client based in Canterbury our looking to recruit a Payroll and Pensions Manger to join their busy finance team.

As the Payroll and Pensions Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of the payroll, you will also be responsible for the annual returns to HMRC & Pensions. You will be leading the team and your role will ensure that the highest quality of service is provided.

You will be well organised, have great attention to details and have proven experience within Payroll and management.

Experience and Requirements:

* Minimum of three year's experience of payroll management;
* Excellent management skills, with previous experience of managing a team;
* Experience of using a computerised payroll system.

Duties will include:

* Setting procedures and controls for the processing of payroll;
* To manage the payroll and pensions team members;
* To liaise with HMRC and pension scheme administrators as necessary;
* To ensure annual returns for PAYE, Pensions and PAYE Settlement Agreements are made to deadline in account with current legislation.

The salary on offer is competitive, holiday is 29 days plus bank holidays, rewarding pension scheme, well-being package and excellent working conditions.
