Main Duties will be to put together call sheets for the London area to be used by our company representative.
It will involve working with Microsoft office programs to gather company information to collate for the call sheets.
The person must be able to work under specific instruction when required and to time limits.
There are some days where help will be required helping to answer the telephone.
Experience and attributes required for the role:-
Previous administration experience required
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc)
Excellent attention to detail
Confident telephone manner
In house CRM system training will be given, also telephone training if needed.
To work the following days:-
Monday 14.30 - 17.30
Tuesday 14.30 - 17.30
Wednesday 08.30 - 17.30
Thursday 08.30 - 17.30
Friday 14.30 - 17.30
TRANSPORT ESSENTIAL DUE TO LOCATION OF THE BUSINESS
The company has a strictly non-smoking policy on site due to the nature of the business
