Our Client is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join their friendly team on a permanent basis.
Our Client are the leading company specialising in the distribution of fixings, fastener and supply equipment the building trade across London and the South East.
Benefits are Free Parking and Lunch provided.
Pension Scheme
20 days holiday + Bank Holiday
Hours are working a weekly shift pattern of 5am to 3pm and 12pm to 10pm, some overtime may be needed subject to the business needs.
Main Duties
. With a hands on approach supervising Warehouse team.
. Manage the Pick and Pack ratio checking performance.
. Regular Stocktakes.
. Supervising the goods in / out, dispatch and returns.
. Ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to at all times.
. Producing daily / weekly data for KPI's
. Managing carriers and booking delivery requirements.
. Liasing with Customer Services .
Skills and Experience Required
. Previous supervisory experience within a warehouse.
. Full Forklift Operators Licence.
. Knowledge of management and transport planning.
. Flexible Approach
. Good attention to detail and be able to work under pressure.
