JOB TITLE: Admin Assistant
LOCATION: Ashford
SALARY: £16,500-£18,000, dependent on experience (£8.46ph-£9.23ph)
TYPE: Manufacturing
HOURS: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
BENEFITS: 20 days annual leave + bank holidays, free parking and enviable 9am-5pm working hours.

We're teaming up with this family orientated business to help them find their next member of staff, a Customer Service Administrator. This role is an integral part of the day to day running of the business
The day to day duties in this role are:
* Processing orders
* Updating client details, including names and addresses
* Arranging deliveries
* Liaising with Couriers
* Preparing & printing distribution lists for the warehouse
* Liaising with Customers
* Providing order updates
* Raising and sending invoices after despatch
We'd love to speak to candidates:
* With recent office based Administration & Customer service experience
* Who are available immediately
* Have strong IT skills, ideally including Excel
