We are seeking a HR Assistant for an exciting new role with our client who are a large organisation based in the Medway Towns.
Reporting to the HR Officer, you will be the first point of contact for all basic HR enquiries and responsible for a full range of HR administration.
Main duties will include:-
* Ensuring that all pre-employment checks are carried out
* Processing new starters' and leavers' paperwork
* Maintaining attendance system
* Assisting in arranging and conducting interviews as and when required
* Responsible for the monitoring of sickness absence\trends and reporting to HR Officer.
* Co-ordinating new starter inductions
* Assisting with disciplinary\grievance meetings, preparation of documentation
* Dealing with day-to-day HR related enquiries
The successful candidate will have a good all-round education along with a CIPD Level 3 (or studying towards) along with experience working in a similar environment.
Hours of work are 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday with a half an hour break.
