We are proud to be working with a growing and well respected client based in the Tonbridge area to recruit for a new member of their Service Co-ordination team.
The role will see the successful person be responsible for handling inbound calls and booking response crews and maintenance visits at business customers premises across the UK.
You will manage the diaries of the maintenance crews and ensure all access equipment is booked and dispatched to site accurately. Experience of working in a similar environment would be useful and demonstrable experience of managing a busy and demanding customer service role will be a must.
You will be proficient at updating a live CRM and completing all associated paperwork to ensure compliance for the works booked and undertaken, and confident in raising POs and invoicing to complete the cycle.
You will have proven ability to provide strong effective customer service and resolve any queries confidently. You will also need to be able to provide OOH cover for emergency calls on a rota basis.
On successful appointment you will receive a competitive salary and Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm working hours with a one hour lunch break.
The client is located on the outskirts of Tonbridge so a car driver would be preferred - parking is provided
