Finance Manager job based Mid-Kent paying £50k-£60k DOE need to be qualified with 2 yrs post experience

You will be working for an established and constantly growing organisation based within Mid-Kent. This Finance Manager position reports into the Financial Controller with the company boasting future career development. This company are within the Financial Services sector.

Your new role
You will be responsible for the divisional month end close, post/authorise journals, managing of bank payments and ensure the accounts are funded correctly. You will manage, motivate and develop the part-qualified and transactional members of staff. You will prepare the statutory accounts including IFRS interpretation for multiple entities, monthly balance sheet reconciliations, bank reconciliations and adhere with key SOX controls.

What you'll need to succeed
This role will suit a financial accountant or finance manager who are used to working in a fast paced, corporate environment. You will be able to demonstrate experience of successful month end close to tight deadlines, implementing improvements, controlling the balance sheet and coordinate internal and external audits. Previous management experience would be an advantage as well as previous experience of SOX or Financial Services background. You will need to be ACCA, ACA, CIMA qualified with excellent Excel skills.
