Internal Sales Coordinator

£20-25k DOE

Fantastic opportunity for a commercially aware Internal Sales professional to join my client on a full time, permanent basis.

Duties include:

* Establishing and maintaining a network of existing and potential customers
* Developing and maintaining the database of customers
* Monitoring competitor customer base
* Monitoring and updating information relating to service requirements
* Identifying opportunities for new business through researching the market and great relationship building
* Delivering exceptional customer service
* Supporting Sales Manager with any associated administration and research
* Offering suggestions and support for business growth opportunities
* Supporting with resolution of customer enquiries

The right candidate will have/be:

* Strong relevant customer care experience
* Great communication skills
* A good level of commercial awareness
* Pro-active
* Strong research skills
* A meticulous attention to detail
* A good understanding of the sales cycle with experience in a supporting role
* A positive and enthusiastic attitude
