A very busy 10m+ turnover National M&E contractor based in Bobbing, Sittingbourne (ME10 5BH) require an Accounts Assistant.
Reporting directly to Finance Manager, the role will be varied and cover all aspects of accounting function.
Job Description:
Inputting Supplier invoices (circa 900 a month)
Calculation of staff timesheets
Checking staff expenses
Raising Sales invoices on Service software
Adhoc filing and any other accounting/admin duties required
Credit Control
Immediately Available a real bonus
You must also be:
Excellent microsoft skills
Minimum 5 years experience
Excellent knowledge of Sage Line 50
CIS Scheme knowledge
ACCURATE NUMERICAL INPUTTING
Desire for the job to be done correctly.
