An exciting new position has become available for an L&D Manager to join a values led organisation based in North Kent.
The successful candidate will already be in an L&D position and ideally seeking a new challenge.
Responsibilities include:
* Developing and managing training budgets throughout the L&D division
* Managing the L&D delivery function
* Working closely with an affiliated HR team
* Maintaining good L&D networks; supporting trainers and evaluating the effectiveness of the training provided
* Identifying and implementing recommendations for improvement in training courses
* Supporting a network of trainers with training methods, resources and skills
* Creating, reviewing and organising training materials, manuals and sources
To be considered for this role you will have/be:
* A clean UK driving license
* Experience in managing an L&D delivery function
* Have knowledge of succession planning and career management/development
* Have knowledge of other funding streams
* Ideally from a social care background or similar sector
* Worked across multiple sites in previous roles
* The skills to be able to positively contribute to the HR and wider senior management team
* Management and Leadership skills
