The Best Connection Employment Group are currently recruiting for a number of 3.5T Van Drivers/Streets Operative to begin working with our client based in the Tonbridge, Kent area.
You will be responsible for:
- Loading & unloading vehicles
- Interacting with members of the public
- Working alongside a streets operative
- Working within a 2-3 man team
- Working outside all day
- Updating route plans upon completion
- Ensuring health & safety rules are met at all times
- Liaising with both supervisors and managers to ensure all routes are completed
Candidates must be reliable, flexible, physically fit and have a desire to learn whilst on the job. This will be an ongoing position with a view to a permanent role after a 12 week probationary period.
You must be able to commit to a 40 hour working week between Monday to Friday.
In return, you will receive:
- Hourly pay rate between £8.50 per hour - £9.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
- Weekly pay
- 28 days holiday per annum
- Full PPE
- Full training
