They are a global leader in what they do, with worldwide distribution channels. They’re headquarters are in Broadstairs, on a 4.5-hectare state of the art manufacturing plant incorporating high-tech manufacturing and research and development facilities.
A number of opportunities have arisen for Process Operators to join their production teams. This position offers extremely competitive pay with very desirable working hours of Monday to Friday 07:00 to 15:00.
Position Expectations
As a Process Operator, you will work in a busy and demanding operations environment, demonstrating a high level of workplace organisation; a positive work ethic; excellent attitude; attendance and safety record; be prepared to take part in continuous improvement and learn new skills as necessary to become fully flexible.
You will join a team whose continuous improvement programme and high standards have become key to ensuring their future as a ‘world class’ manufacturer.
The Candidate
Applicants should have a minimum of GCSE English, Maths and Science at grade C or above (or equivalent). Experience of working within the chemical industry, or similar heavy industrial environment would be advantageous as would knowledge of lean manufacturing working practices.
