Your new company
A well established 5 star housebuilder with multiple multi-phased sites across the Kent and South East region. With a focus on quality aswell as quantity they now seek an experienced site manager to join the management team on a flagship development in Ashford. The Scheme is a traditional development eventually totalling 500 units.
Your new role
You will be working within a settled management team of 4 responsible for your own units reporting to a senior site manager. The site is in its early stages, as such you will be taking units from groundworks through to completion. You will be responsible for subcontract management, quality control, health and safety and getting the units delivered to programme.
What you'll need to succeed
A clear background with a recognised housebuilder alongside Traditional build experience and valid first aid, cscs & SMSTS qualifications
