Joining a well-known and respected company, this role within the IT Team would suit a candidate with previous experience in a similar role, supporting up to 500 on-site and remote employees
The role of 1st and 2nd Line IT Helpdesk Support Analyst includes:-
* Answering all incoming phone calls to the Helpdesk, providing 1st line support (approx 15 calls per day)
* Managing the email queue, logging to the ticketing system or dealing with the issue (approx 30 per day)
* Saving emails to the relevant folders
* Providing on-site 2nd line support as necessary
* Offering technical support and troubleshooting as appropriate, to non-IT personnel
* Following ITIL processes
* Setting up iPhone, new software, new user accounts etc
To be considered for the role, candidates should have:-
* Previous experience in an ITIL environment
* Previous experience of supporting multiple sites
* Experience of providing 1st and 2nd line support, and to be happy to continue this
* Technical understanding of Windows 7 and Windows 10, as well as MS Office. SAP would be an advantage
This role is varied within a small team, so requires a 'hands-on' approach and a 'can do' attitude. You will be customer-focused and friendly and able to communicate at all levels.
The role may also require you to travel to sites within London and the South East using a pool car, so a driving licence is essential.
