Sutton, Surrey - Salary DOE

We're on the hunt for an Accounts and Audit Senior to join a great firm of Chartered Accountants with over 30 years experience in the industry.

Our client has a reputation to be proud of, currently working with clients across all of London and the South East.

They are looking for a fully qualified accountant who will be responsible for leading the practice audits, managing your own portfolio, including management accounts, year end accounts and corporation tax.

You will also be developing client relationships, providing training and assistance to other staff members and will possess excellent communication and IT skills.

Your Responsibilities

* Managing a team of 19 colleagues and 3 partners
* Assist the management team in managing, developing and growing the practice Development of the tax department
* Managing your own portfolio
* Leading the practice audits
* Build and maintain close relationships with clients
* Providing training and assistance to other staff members.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience

* Must be a fully qualified accountant
* Proven general practice experience including accounts preparation, tax and audit experience is essential
* Strong communication and management skills
* Ability to work in high pressure environment
* Operate with a high degree of autonomy with strong project leadership skills for you and your team
* Excellent communication and IT skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
