Position: Office/Accounts Administrator
Location: Edenbridge
Type: Permanent
Hours: 8.30am - 5.00pm, Mon-Fri
Salary: £20,000 – 28,000 per annum DOE
JB Sales Ltd have a vacancy for an experienced office and accounts administrator in our Edenbridge sales office.
This diverse role will include all aspects of office life with the focus on accounting procedures.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in Sage50 accounts and should be able to manage the day to day accounting tasks including the processing of invoices and payments, credit control and VAT returns.
Working within an established team they would also be required to share general duties including dealing with customers over the phone and face to face, processing customer orders and assisting the MD with reports and communications.
Attention to detail, a professional and positive attitude, ability to prioritise workload and excellent customer service skills are essential.
Experience within the construction industry and use of Syrinx software advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.
