I have just taken on a really exciting new role, working for a family run business with over 20 years of experience within insurance. My client are based on the outskirts of Tunbridge Wells and specialise within a niche area of insurance.

Working within a highly compliant and regulated industry, my client are FCA-regulated and backed my leading underwriters – providing an excellent customer journey, priding themselves on going above and beyond.

As a result of continued growth, my client are seeking to add to there Sales Administration team. A small, yet high-functioning, successful and efficient team who work collectively to deliver results.

Duties include:

• Delivering excellent levels of customer service to a diverse customer base.
• Understanding customer requirements and providing them with relevant information.
• Producing costings and associated documentation.
• Accurately recording customer information and uploading customer documentation.
• Dealing with any policy adjustments, renewals or cancellations.
• Working toward team targets.

This role is perfect for anyone that has experience within insurance or customer service, working within a friendly and growing company.

Salary is DOE but starting at £18,000 with a high end of £22,000 as well as an annual bonus, qualifications and flexible start times!
